All Your Dental Work in One Visit | St. George, Utah

Everything Done. One Visit.
One Comfortable Sleep.

No round two. No coming back six more times. No new office across town.

If you are facing a lot of dental work, you already know the usual routine. Appointment after appointment. Numb again. Take another afternoon off. Steel yourself to come back for the next round, and the round after that.

I do it differently. I complete extensive dental work in a single, comfortable, sedated visit, so you can be finished instead of forever returning.

That is not something every office can offer. It is possible because of the way I approach sedation, and it took me years to build.

The common limitation

Why Most Offices Can't Do This

Plenty of practices offer IV sedation. Far fewer will keep you comfortably sedated long enough to actually finish.

What usually happens is this. An office sedates you for one or two simple procedures, and anything more complex gets referred out to a specialist somewhere else. So your treatment gets split across multiple appointments, sometimes across multiple offices, each with its own sedation session, its own paperwork, its own scheduling, and its own drive.

For you, that means more visits, more time, more numbing, and the job of coordinating between places that do not talk to each other.

None of that is a criticism of those offices. It is simply the limit of how most of them are set up. I built mine to remove that limit.

How I make one visit possible

Broad Skill Plus Deep Sedation Experience

The reason I do not have to refer your complex work elsewhere is that I do it all myself.

Over the years I purposely trained and stayed proficient across the full range of dentistry, so a patient could be treated start to finish in one place. Implants, placed and restored. Root canals. Crowns and bridges. Bone grafting. Extractions and wisdom teeth. When one person can carry the whole picture, you avoid the problems that creep in when one office does part of the job and another does the rest.

Then there is the sedation itself.

It took me six years to develop the systems and workflow that let us safely offer any procedure, or any combination of procedures, in a single session, long or short. The hard part was never the dentistry. It was building the protocols. Sequencing the procedures for efficiency, changing instrumentation mid-stream without breaking the flow, and managing supplies so that a long session stays smooth and safe from start to finish.

And because every person responds to sedation differently, those protocols get customized to you. There is no shortcut for that. It comes from having done this thousands of times over more than 30 years.

Broad clinical skill is what makes the single visit possible. Deep sedation experience is what makes it safe. You need both, and that is exactly what took so long to build.

Who this is right for

You Might Recognize Yourself Here

You've put it off for years, and now there's a list.

Several things need doing, and the thought of a dozen appointments is exactly what has kept you away. We can handle it together, in one sitting.

You have extensive decay or failing old work.

Multiple crowns, restorations, or repairs to work done elsewhere.

You need multiple implants or a full-mouth rebuild.

These are some of the most common single-visit cases I do. If you have a lot going on at once, see full mouth reconstruction.

You're traveling from out of town.

Patients come to us from across Utah, and from Nevada and California. Repeated trips are not practical, so we finish as much as we safely can while you are here.

You just want it handled.

Not fearful, just busy, and you would rather sleep through one visit than spread it across four.

What a longer sedated visit looks like

Longer Doesn't Mean Harder on You

1

First, We Plan

Before the day itself, we sit down and map out everything that will be done, in what order, and roughly how long it will take. Nothing about the visit is improvised.

2

Then, The Visit

You are comfortably sedated and monitored the entire time by two trained team members. The length of the appointment does not add discomfort, because you are not experiencing it minute by minute the way you would while awake. It simply is not there for you.

3

Then Home

Recovery is the same as any sedation visit. The medications have a short half-life, so you are ready to leave shortly after we finish. No driving for 24 hours, and have someone with you for the first few hours.

You went in with a long list. You leave finished.

Frequently Asked Questions

It depends on the treatment plan, and we cap appointments to keep them safe and comfortable. Truly extensive plans may still need more than one session, but our goal is always to finish as much as we safely can in one.

Not meaningfully. The medications have a short half-life and recovery is fast either way. We will still have you arrange a driver and take it easy for the rest of the day.

At your consultation. We review everything you need done, sequence it, and map out whether it can all be handled together before you ever sit down for treatment.

Bring Your Whole List

Most patients are surprised by how much we can finish at once. There is no pressure and no obligation to book treatment that day.
