Full Mouth Reconstruction | St. George, Utah

A Complete Rebuild.
One Plan, One Doctor, One Comfortable Process.

For patients with a lot going on, everything is coordinated into a single plan and handled personally by me.

If you have years of neglected work, several failing teeth, missing teeth, and ongoing discomfort all at once, you do not need a dozen separate fixes from a dozen separate people. You need one plan.

Implants, crowns, bridges, extractions, bone grafting, whatever your mouth actually needs, I coordinate it all into one complete plan and handle it myself. No piecemeal patching. No being passed around. A real rebuild, start to finish, with one doctor who sees the whole picture.

Not One Procedure. A Coordinated Plan.

What Full Mouth Reconstruction Means

Full mouth reconstruction is not a single treatment. It is a coordinated plan that combines whatever you need to rebuild a healthy, functional, good-looking mouth.

For one person that might mean a few implants, several crowns, and some bone grafting. For another it might mean extractions, a bridge, root canal therapy, and a full set of restorations. The pieces vary because every mouth is different.

What stays the same is the approach. We do not fit you to a package. I look at your whole mouth, figure out what it actually needs and in what order, and build the plan around you. The goal is always the same: a mouth that works, feels comfortable, and looks like you again.

The Whole Picture, Held By One Person

Why One Doctor, Under One Roof, Changes Everything

Here is what usually happens to a patient who needs extensive work.

They get sent around. A general dentist for some of it, an oral surgeon for the extractions and implants, a periodontist for the gums, a prosthodontist for the restorations. Four offices. Four sets of records. Four schedules to juggle, and the patient stuck in the middle trying to make sure everyone is working from the same plan. When one person or place does part of the job and another does the rest, that is where problems get built in.

I do it differently, and it is the single most valuable thing about how I work.

Because I personally handle implants, crowns, bridges, root canals, and bone grafting, your entire reconstruction is planned and performed by one doctor who understands the whole picture from day one. I know how every piece has to fit the others, because I am placing every piece. Having that big picture, start to finish, and coordinating it all myself, is genuinely priceless for the quality of the result.

And there is comfort built into it too. Because I can safely keep patients comfortably sedated for longer sessions, much of a full mouth reconstruction can often be completed in fewer visits than you would expect. Less time in the chair, less disruption to your life, and a rebuild that was designed as one coherent whole rather than assembled from parts.

Who This Is For

It's Never Too Late to Start

You've avoided the dentist for years, and now several things need attention at once. This is the most common story I hear, and it has one of the happiest endings.

You have multiple failing crowns, missing teeth, and ongoing pain. A patchwork of old problems that have piled up over time and need a coordinated answer, not another quick fix.

You just want to start fresh. A complete, healthy smile, and to be done thinking about your teeth.

However long it has been, and however much work it looks like, it is never too late to start, and you will not hear a word of judgment from me about how you got here. I care about where we go from here.

Planned Fully Before We Begin

How the Process Works

1

Consultation & 3D Imaging

We sit down and talk, and I take a full 3D assessment of your mouth. This is where I see everything, bone, teeth, and structure, in three dimensions, so nothing is missed.

2

A Coordinated Plan

I build your plan step by step: which procedures you need, and in what order, sequenced so each stage sets up the next. The sequence matters enormously for a rebuild, and getting it right is where experience earns its keep.

3

Treatment, Often Combined Under Sedation

We carry out the plan, frequently combining procedures into sedated sessions to minimize the number of appointments you need. You are comfortable throughout, and you always know what is coming next because we mapped it out together.

Before we start, you will understand the whole plan and your timeline. No surprises, no improvising.

Frequently Asked Questions

It depends entirely on what your mouth needs. Some rebuilds move quickly, others include a healing period for implants. We map out your specific timeline at the consultation so you know what to expect from the start.

Usually a combination. Because I can keep you comfortably sedated for longer sessions, we often complete more in each visit than patients expect, which means fewer appointments overall. Extensive plans may still be staged into a few sessions.

That is exactly what the consultation and 3D imaging are for. You do not have to figure it out yourself. I assess everything and walk you through a clear, complete plan.
